Plusnet Invites you to Take Part in Research

Plusnet has asked Basis, a leading research consultancy, to conduct a piece of research. As you used to be a customer of Plusnet it wants to give you the opportunity to share your views and opinions on your experience with them.

For this research we want to talk to former Plusnet business broadband customers. This will take the form of a 45 minute telephone interview. As a thank you for your time we’d like to offer you £125.

Please be assured that this is not an attempt to sell to you. Plusnet simply wants to understand more about your experiences and reasons for leaving so they can improve the products and services they offer to their business customer in the future.
