South East Water invites you to Take Part in Research!

Do South East Water supply your household? We need you!

We want to understand customers' views on their proposed plans- now and in the future. This is an exciting opportunity for you to help the company shape their short- and long-term plans to meet the needs of all types of customers.

Taking part in this project will involve participating in a 20 minute pre-task and a 3 hour in-person focus group discussion to talk about your experiences. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £150 for taking part.

Alternatively, we may ask you to take part in a one-to-one interview of either 90 minutes, rather than participate in the focus group discussion. As a thank you for your time you will be paid £75.
