You must log in and complete and entry EACH time you use the TEST toilet bowl cleaner.
You MUST remember to code your unique Tester ID into the form for your entry to count. This is your 4 digit code (E.g 1001, 2001, 3001)
You will answer the same series of questions each time you use your test product please record the date and hour of use.
Please ensure you read each question and review the scales before answering as errors can not be changed after submission.
This link is ONLY for entries for your TEST product any entries submitted on this link for your current product will not count.
