Vodafone is dedicated to providing the best service for their customers. That’s why they have commissioned Ipsos Customer Experience, a leading independent research consultancy, to conduct a project looking at the Vodafone customer experience, to ensure they cater as closely as possible to the needs of their customers.

We are Take Part in Research and we are partnering with Vodafone and Ipsos Customer Experience to coordinate this research project.

As a valued Vodafone customer, we would like to offer you the exclusive opportunity to share your views and opinions in a 2-part research, where you will get the chance to shape the future of Vodafone services.

Your feedback will be invaluable in ensuring Vodafone are able to tailor every aspect of the experience they provide, to the requirements of customers like yourself.

As a thank you for your participation we will be paying respondents who are selected to take part in the study £100 for their time.

Details as follows:

Stage 1

Date – Throughout September
Duration – 90 minutes
Location - London or Leeds
Incentive - £50 cash
Type of research - Face to Face interview

Stage 2

Date – Throughout November
Duration – 45 minutes
Incentive - £50 cash
Type of research - Video Interviews
