Complaints workshop for Healthcare and Social Services Professionals!

Take Part in Research have been commissioned by The Health Service Ombudsman and the Department of Health to put together a workshop to explore the current procedures in place when it comes to complaints handling.

This valuable piece of research will look to explore new methods for complaints handling and ultimately provide important feedback to improve current practices.

The research will be in the form a workshop which will take place in Central London on Wednesday 6th August . The workshop will last up to 3 hours , as a thank you for your time and input to the research you will receive an incentive of £75
