Your Help to Buy Experience

Do you have experience with Help to Buy schemes? We’d like to hear from you!

We're looking for people who have experience with Help to Buy to take part in a new research project. We want to hear about your experiences of managing your loan and using information, websites and online forms.

Taking part will involve a 60-minute online interview, where you'll be asked to talk about your experiences and complete some activities. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive a £50 voucher for taking part.

We’re looking to hear from people with different experiences, including those who may find online tasks difficult, have lower confidence using digital services, or find financial information harder to understand.

When completing the form, please answer carefully and as honestly as possible. There are no right or wrong answers – all answers will be looked at individually when checking whether you are suitable for the research.

If it looks like you could be a good fit based on your application, a member of the team will be in touch to go through a few additional questions and see if we can get you booked in to take part.

Interviews will take place online between 7–10 September or 21–25 September 2026.
