Thank you very much for helping us by participating in our recent mystery shopping research with Lloyds bank.

The research has been a great success and as such they have asked us to continue the project over the next few months.

We are therefore looking for more people to take part in this research and would like to tell them about the experiences of those that have participated so far.

We would like to ask you to complete our online research feedback form describing your personal experience whilst participating in the research. Your feedback will then be posted to our members so that they can see that the research is a legitimate study and (hopefully) an enjoyable way of feedback to one of the leading high street banks.
