Calling All Mobile Phone Customer Service Employees

Do you work in mobile phone related customer service, either in store or in a call centre? We need you!

We're looking for in-store and call centre workers, who help customers with their mobile phones in some capacity, to take part in an influential new research project on behalf of a major international tech company.

The research will focus on talking about your experiences in your workplace, with the aim of improving products and services available on the market in the future.

Taking part in this project will involve participating in a 60 minute online interview to talk about your experiences. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £75 for taking part.
