Interactive Research for UK Homeowners

Are you a homeowner in the UK? We need you!

Wish sustainability was simpler? Most of us are concerned about climate change but the carbon jargon, mixed messages and lack of support can make it hard to know where to start. Home Advantage is here to help you save on bills, live better and give your opinions on what would help you - and other households - do their bit.

We're looking for homeowners across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to take part in a fun interactive research project to share their feedback and experience on topics including food, home energy, and how you buy and use your clothes, electronics and homeware. Give some of these tips a go, hear from others and see what works for you. From trying easy veggie swaps in recipes, to insulating your home or shopping your wardrobe before buying new.

Taking part in this project will involve participating in an 11 week online community (which will be hosted across a closed/private Facebook group and on a WhatsApp community channel). The research will run from the 12th August until the 28th October. You'll need to complete 45 minutes worth of tasks, polls, challenges and discussions a week - the research is all hosted online and can be completed from the comfort of your home! You may also be selected to complete an online interview at the start and end of the research.

As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £165 for taking part; £80 after a month of the campaign starting and the final £85 on completion. Each household will also get the chance to win prizes throughout August to October, such as gift vouchers or home goods. If you're selected to complete the online interviews, you'll be eligible for an additional £60.

Please note; final payment for this research is on the basis of completing all 11 weeks worth of tasks.
