Do you have a Work or Personal Pension? We need you!

We are inviting people to take part in a 30-minute remote research interview about online pension journeys. The research is about understanding how people use pension provider websites or apps to find and navigate key pension tasks.

During the session, you would be asked to share your screen and show how you would navigate part of your pension account online. You would not be asked to finalise any pension transaction, withdraw money, transfer money or submit any request. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £30 for taking part.

When completing the form please answer carefully and as honestly as possible, there are no right or wrong answers, all answers will be looked at individually when checking that you are applicable for the research.
