Take Part In Research are working on behalf of a provider of customer engagement solutions, who would like your feedback on your current practices with respect to customer services, interaction and customer journeys.
As such we are looking to speak to people working in Senior Marketing, Digital or Operational roles.
This leading and innovative piece of research will be in the form of a telephone interview which can be scheduled at your convenience.
Interviews will last 15 - 20 minutes and as a thank you for your time you and contribution to the research you will receive £150.
In addition to this you will also two detailed reports on the data collated for the study (which are valued at around £350.00).

We are bound by the Market Research Society ethical guidelines and will treat any information you disclose as strictly confidential.
When reporting back to our client, the findings will not be attributed to you and will only be reported in summary as being representative of the opinions of a group of participants.
