Thames & Affinity Water Market Research!

Your opinion counts: On behalf of Thames Water and Accent in conjunction with “Take Part in Research”. 

Thames Water and Affinity Water are seeking customers’ views on their proposed plans for the services and support they offer to all customers. This is an exciting opportunity for you to help the company shape their short- and long-term plans to meet the needs of all types of customers. 

We’re looking for customers to help us in this research project, which will consist of two phases: 

• First stage: a 20-minute homework exercise in advance of a discussion. 
• Second stage: participation at an in-person discussion group together with other (Thames Water/Affinity Water) customers. The session will last for 3-4.5 hours. 

Some of the information about your water company that we’ll discuss during the research may be new to you but don’t worry – you don’t need to understand everything, we’re just really interested in your views.  

Would you be interested in participating in our group discussion? If so, we will contact you to go through a small number of questions and check your availability. You would be paid £120-£160 for your time and contribution if you were eligible and able to take part.  

Please note that we may ask you to take part in a one-to-one interview of 90 minutes, rather than participate in a group discussion, at our discretion. If so, a thank you payment of £60-£75 will be offered to those eligible and able to take part in the interview. 

This work is being conducted under the guidance of the Market Research Society meaning your responses will be treated in the strictest confidence.
