Business Broadband Decision Makers Survey

Do you have responsibility for your businesses broadband? We need you!

We're looking for decision makers across the UK to take part in a new research project to talk about their business broadband experiences.

Taking part in this project will involve completing a 15 minute online survey. As a thank you for your time and input, you'll receive £40 for taking part.

When completing the form please answer carefully and as honestly as possible, there are no right or wrong answers, all answers will be looked at individually when checking that you are applicable for the research.
