Calling All Parents of 13-17 Year Olds!

Do you have a child aged 13-17 living at home? We need them!

We're looking to speak to young people about their experiences of consuming online news. More specifically, we are aiming to look at how this news consumption potentially impacts their wellbeing.

This research will make up part of a larger report which looks at this topic and will help us devise strategies to help children and young people manage their wellbeing online.

Taking part in this project will involve your child participating in a 1-hour online focus group discussion to talk about their experiences. As a thank you for their time and input, you'll receive £30 for your child taking part.

We are looking to hear from all different perspectives so if your child would be interested, apply on their behalf now!

No identifying details will be included in the report and is part of important work to help make the online world safer for young people.

When completing the form please answer carefully and as honestly as possible, there are no right or wrong answers, all answers will be looked at individually when checking that you are applicable for the research.
