Consumer Support and Advice Research

Do you live in London or Birmingham? Have you ever made a complaint or been involved in a dispute? Either way we want to hear from you!

A leading services provider is always looking for ways to ensure it provides services that are relevant and useful for consumers and its members. This research will be looking at what they can do to optimise the services they offer, making sure it is relevant and of interest to you.

The research will take place in London and Birmingham. It will consist of two group discussions, each lasting no longer than 90 minutes. The first session will take place in w/c 21st January, with the second in w/c 4th February.

Project Details for London:

• When – 21st January & 5th February - evening
• Where – Central London
• What – Group Discussion
• How long – 90 minutes each session
• Reward - £50 cash after each group (£100 total)

Project Details for Birmingham:

• When – 23rd January & 6th February - evening
• Where – Central Birmingham
• What – Group Discussion
• How long – 90 minutes each session
• Reward - £50 cash after each group (£100 total)

As well as having the opportunity to share your experiences and ideas, you would be given £50 as a thank you for your valuable time and contribution after each group.
